Often they look so unappetizing that you dont even want to take them on a plate. Either not the first freshness, or simply improperly cooked, but the flavor leaves much to be desired. Considering that this is a buffet, I would like to see consistent quality of all products, not just rolls. I hope the management will pay attention and correct the situation. ”

If you are not a sushi person, they have other typical Chinese Japanese food, which was really good, especially salmon. All the staff were polite, professional easy to interact with. ”
“ Shinju Japanese Buffet is very good the chicken is diced up into bitesized, manageable pieces. The hot food is varied with meats, vegetables, bread Chinese donuts, sesame seed balls, and soups. The sushi selection is immense with quite the variety to choose from. Buffet lunch was about 19 per person. One minor con is the hibachi has less options than what I am used to, and the cook is the one who gets the food for you. Desserts and fruits were delicious. ”

A great selection of seafood, sushi, lots of options, crab legs, shrimp, and lots of different things for dessert. The price is reasonable for the selection you are given.
